Every project starts with a conversation. We learn what you want to build, how you will use it and what budget you are working with, then visit the plot to understand its size, access and surroundings.

Design
Layouts, elevations and structural drawings you can approve.
Our planning team turns the brief into floor plans, elevations and 3D views, and our engineers prepare the structural design. You review and approve each drawing, so decisions are settled before work begins.

Estimate
An itemised estimate and BOQ: no hidden line items.
With the drawings approved, we prepare an itemised estimate and Bill of Quantities covering materials, labour and finishes. You see what every part of the building costs before you commit.

Build
Supervised construction with regular progress updates.
Construction runs to a planned schedule under on-site supervision. Materials come from reputed brands, much of it through CRC Cement & Steels, and quality is checked at every stage rather than only at the end.

Handover
Final inspection and on-time delivery of your keys.
Before handover we inspect the finished building with you and close out any remaining items. Then you get the keys to a building that matches what you approved.

What happens during the build.
- Stage 01
Site preparation & marking
Clearing the plot and marking the building out exactly as drawn.
- Stage 02
Foundation
Excavation, footings and plinth built to the structural design.
- Stage 03
Structure
Columns, beams and roof slab cast with TMT steel and branded cement.
- Stage 04
Masonry & plastering
Walls in bricks or blocks, then plastering inside and out.
- Stage 05
Plumbing & electrical
Water supply, drainage and wiring laid before finishes go on.
- Stage 06
Flooring & finishing
Flooring, joinery, painting, fittings and elevation work.
